2023 Pro Football Challenge

1. PROMOTION DETAILS
   1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
   2. Must be a member of the Social Club by Seneca. There is no fee to join the Social Club by Seneca and no purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion.
   3. The promotional period for the “Pro Football Challenge” Promotion begins Tuesday, September 5, 2023, and runs through Sunday, January 8, 2024.
   4. The weekly “entry” period begins every Tuesday at 12 PM (noon) and concludes on the following Sunday at 1PM.
   5. Players may swipe their Social Club card at a promotional kiosk once per promotional day (12 PM-2:59 AM Tuesdays; 3:00 AM-2:59 AM Wednesday through Saturday; 3:00 AM-12:59 PM Sunday).
   6. All Social Club members will receive one (1) free attempt per promotional day, per property. Limit six (6) entries per contestant, per week, per property.
   7. For each week, a player’s daily entry will be scored [up to a maximum of six (6) entries per week per property], and the entry with the highest/best score will be used to determine all prizes.
   8. Players may swipe their Social Club card at the promotional kiosk in order to predict the winning team in each of that week’s eligible games.
      1. Players who are found swiping other player’s cards may be disqualified from corresponding prizes.
      2. Player must be present when making their own picks, proxies are not allowed.
   9. The player will be given two (2) options to select the winning teams:
      1. Predicting the winning team in each of that week’s games
      2. Players may select the QUICK PICK button and the teams will be randomly selected by the kiosk program.
   10. An “Entry” is defined as the selection of predicting the winning team in each of that week’s eligible games.
   11. The teams available to select will be predetermined and will be the same for all players.
   12. Once the player has completed their picks, they will be prompted to submit their picks and a receipt will be printed from the kiosk, including but not limited to the following info: Social Club card number with time and date of entry, Game Week (1-18), game picks and tiebreaker game score.
   13. All entries for each week must be made by 1PM, Eastern Time (Official Deadline). The computers will not accept entries after the Official Deadline, and any attempted entry after the Official Deadline will be deemed invalid and ineligible for receipt of any prize.
   14. Each entry is validated by a receipt. It is the responsibility of the entrant to review the correctness of and retain the receipt.
   15. Seneca Resorts & Casinos is not responsible for manually altered receipts.
   16. Seneca Resorts & Casinos makes no decisions on points or point discrepancies. Scores are obtained from an official football website.
2. PROMOTION PRIZE OVERVIEW
   1. Participants may win a maximum of one (1) Weekly prize during each week of the contest and a maximum of one (1) Season Leader prize.
   2. If any of the games officially end in a tie, either team selected will count as an unsuccessful prediction.
   3. Free Slot Play prizes will be valid a minimum of one (1) week from date issued.
   4. Prize winner is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes including state, local and federal taxes.

WEEKLY PRIZE DETAILS:

1. The top Weekly Winner will be the player who selects the most correct picks for the week.
   1. The total combined score of a predetermined game will be used as a tie-breaker. The winner of the tie-breaker will be the person closest to the combined score of the pre-determined game, if there is still a tie, the winner will be the person who made their prediction the earliest in the week.
2. An additional winner will be determined by the total number of predictions in the exact middle position for the week
   1. In the event of an odd number of total predictions, the middle number will be rounded up to the closest whole number (i.e. 1500.5 will be 1501)
3. An additional winner will be determined by the total number of predictions in the exact last position for the week.
   1. In the event of a tie, the guest whose tie-breaker is closest to the actual score without going over will win. If there is still a tie, the guest who submitted their first pick of the week earliest will be the winner
4. The winners will be announced at approximately 8 PM every Tuesday for the previous week’s entries.
5. If the winning patrons are not present, they will have one (1) week to present their Social Club card and valid government-issued ID to a Marketing Rep or above at the designated promotional area to claim their prize.
6. If the winner is not present, they will be contacted and will have one (1) week to claim half the prize value.
7. Winners must claim their prize at the property at which they won.
8. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

SEASON ENDING PRIZES:

1. Season prizes will be awarded to the players who select the most correct picks throughout the Regular NFL season
   1. In the event of a tie, the corresponding prizes will be added together and divided evenly amongst the tied winners.
   2. Example: 1st place has a 2-way tie, 1st and 2nd place prizes will be put together and split amongst the 2 winners as they were the top 2 scores. Example: 1st place has a 2-way tie, 1st and 2nd place prizes will be put together and split amongst the 2 winners as they were the top 2 scores.
2. Must earn a minimum of twenty-five (25) player points at any SRC property to be eligible for season prizes from Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 6 AM through Monday, January 9, 2024 at 5:59 AM.
3. At approximately 8 PM on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, all three properties will announce the Season winners.
4. If the winning patrons are not present, they will have one (1) week to present their Social Club card and valid government-issued ID to a Marketing Rep or above at the designated promotional area to claim their prize.
5. Winners can claim their prize at any property.
6. All Prizes will be awarded as noted below. Total of one (1) winner for each prize for all 3 properties.

OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. If any game events are canceled due to a force majeure, which prevents the conducting of the event, this contest may be amended to a rescheduled date.
2. Any malfunction of game software or hardware, or machine malfunction will void all prizes.
3. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Seneca Resorts & Casinos, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Promotion shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.
4. Names and likenesses, photographic or otherwise, of Promotion winner(s) may be used by Seneca Resorts & Casinos and Seneca Resorts & Casino’s designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Seneca Resorts & Casinos or the promotion winner(s). Odds On Promotions is a designee of Seneca Resorts & Casinos for the purpose of use of winner’s names and likenesses.
5. In consideration of, and as a strict condition of individual’s participation in this promotion, winners, heirs and personal representatives hereby waive and release all rights, claims, demands and/or causes of action against Seneca Resort & Casinos.
6. All prizes will be awarded in accordance with these rules and Seneca Gaming Authority approved promotional parameters.
7. The terms and conditions of the contract between Odds On Promotions and Seneca Gaming Corporation governing this promotion are hereby incorporated by reference
8. Seneca Resorts & Casinos reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend or modify this promotion at any time with appropriate regulatory approvals.
9. Prizes are nontransferable.
10. Void where prohibited by law.
