Nephew was named to City & State Magazine’s “2025 Upstate Power 100” list, which recognizes the most important individuals in Upstate New York's public, private and nonprofit spheres. The list highlights influential government officials, engaged business executives and innovative nonprofit leaders, along with other advisers, advocates and activists shaping politics and policy in the region. Nephew and Seneca Nation President J. Conrad Seneca were listed jointly at Number 15 on this year’s list.

Nephew joined Seneca Resorts & Casinos in 2014 and was named President & CEO in 2020, becoming the first member of the Seneca Nation to lead the company.
