NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK: (September 9, 2025) – Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino will serve up a double dose of laughter to get 2026 started on a hilarious note when comedian Roy Wood, Jr. performs in the Bear’s Den Showroom on Friday, January 9 and Saturday, January 10 at 8 p.m.! Tickets go on sale Friday, September 12 at 10 a.m.!
Roy Wood, Jr. is a comedian, an Emmy-nominated documentary producer, and WGA nominated writer. He served for eight years as a correspondent on Comedy Central’s Emmy-winning “The Daily Show,” and went on to serve as guest host in 2023. That same year, Wood, Jr. headlined the White House Correspondents' Dinner to its highest ratings since 2017. His fourth stand-up special, “Lonely Flowers,” premiered on Hulu in January. In addition to his stand-up work, Wood, Jr. is the host of CNN’s “Have I Got News for You,” now in its second season. On the screen, Wood Jr. co-starred alongside Jon Hamm in “Confess, Fletch” and appeared in 2025’s “Love, Brooklyn.” He has also made guest appearances in “Only Murders in the Building,” “Better Call Saul,” and “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.” His memoir, “The Man of Many Fathers,” is scheduled to be published later this year.
