NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK: (November 12, 2025) – Seneca Gaming Corporation is being recognized not only for the service and experience it provides guests at its three world-class resort properties, but also for the way it supports internal departments across its operations.

The company was recently named a finalist in the global SDI Awards program, presented by the Service Desk Institute. Seneca Gaming Corporation is a finalist for the Service Desk of the Year (Small to Medium Team) Award. The award winners will be announced at the Spark Conference and SDI Awards Dinner in Birmingham, England in March.
