NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK—BUFFALO, NEW YORK—SALAMANCA, NEW YORK: (March 15, 2020) Seneca Resorts & Casinos continues to adjust protocols as needed during this time to maintain the health and safety of all our guests and team members.

Here are a few of the additional resources that we have in place at each Seneca Resorts & Casinos property:

• We have placed additional hand-sanitizing stations throughout the property including at each entrance to each restroom.
• The team at Seneca Resorts & Casinos works hard to provide the cleanest environment, routinely cleaning machines, tables and all dining surfaces. In addition, all doors, handles, light switches and handrails have also increased frequency of disinfection procedures.
• We have increased EVS staffing to maintain and increase frequency of disinfecting procedures.
• The soap containers in all of our restrooms are continually being replenished. It is recommended that hands be washed with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Our employees are required to wash their hands regularly and we encourage all guests to do so as well.
• We have encouraged all team members to remain home when sick and urge our guests to do the same.
• Tissues have also been provided in each restroom should guests or staff experience sneezing or coughing.
• The gaming floor at each property has been reconfigured to provide more social distancing for guests while enjoying slots and table games.
• All dining outlets have reduced their capacity.
• All March entertainment shows have been postponed which include shows at Seneca Niagara Event Center, Seneca Niagara Bear’s Den Showroom, and Seneca Allegany Event Center.

Here’s what YOU can do to help:

• Wash your hands frequently. If washing with soap and water it is recommended to wash for at least 20 seconds (sing the Happy Birthday song twice). If washing with soap and water is unavailable to you then please use hand sanitizer.
• Please utilize tissues if sneezing or coughing and then throw the tissue away.
• Please wipe down your phone(s) regularly as these are frequently touching many surfaces during the course of your day.
• If you are sick, please consider rescheduling your visit. We are open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.
