NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK: (March 27, 2023) – Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is doubling down on great entertainment this June with a pair of superstars performing in The Bear’s Den Showroom. Comedian Jon Lovitz will perform for two nights on Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9 at 8pm as part of the Barrel of Laughs Comedy series. Then, Country Music legend Lorrie Morgan will perform on Friday, June 30 at 8pm. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 31 at Noon!
Jon Lovitz is known for being a funny character who has played dozens of memorable funny characters on television and film. Now, the legendary comedian with the instantly recognizable voice will bring his considerable stand-up chops to The Bear’s Den stage for two hilarious nights. Lovitz rose to fame as a cast member on “Saturday Night Live” from 1985-1990. His brilliant run on the show included memorable characters like Tommy Flanagan, Master Thespian, the Devil, Annoying Man, and many more. In addition to “Saturday Night Live,” Lovitz has appeared in numerous television programs, including “Friends,” “The Simpsons,” “Two and a Half Men,” and the animated series “The Critic,” in which he voiced the lead character. He has also appeared in films like “Big,” “A League of Their Own,” “The Wedding Singer,” “Hotel Transylvania,” and several others. Lorrie Morgan is one of the most eloquently emotive vocalists in Country Music. The first woman in her genre to begin her career with three consecutive Platinum albums, Morgan made her Grand Ole Opry debut at age 13, later launching a career that has included numerous Platinum and Gold albums, and multiple industry awards. Her long list of hit songs includes “A Picture of Me Without You,” “I Guess You Had to Be There,” “Watch Me,” “Five Minutes,” “I Didn’t Know My Own Strength” and “Something in Red.” Whether full of feist, heartache or fun, Morgan knows the power of music and song, and few have delivered it as beautifully or memorably over the past five decades.
