
Kevin Nephew
President - CEO
In October 2020, Kevin, an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation (Wolf Clan), became the first Seneca Nation member to be named President & CEO. He joined SGC in 2014 and served in a various roles, including Vice President of Organization Improvement & Development, where he successfully launched the company-wide Continuous Improvement program and the Leadership Seneca program.
Prior to SGC, Kevin spent 22 years with New York State, holding various finance roles, including Director of Financial Administration for the Office of Technology. He is a Bucknell University graduate and earned his MBA from Columbia University, along with several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Management.

Kimberlee Dunlop
Chief Operating Officer
Kim joined the Seneca Gaming Corporation (SGC) executive team in March 2025 and has been with the organization since August 2020, previously serving as Counsel to the SGC Board of Directors. A member of the Seneca Nation (Snipe Clan), she is an attorney admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
Kim has also served on the SGC Board of Directors and brings experience from Holland & Knight LLP, Nordhaus Law Firm, and the Smithsonian Institution. She holds a BA in Biology/Anthropology from Bucknell University, a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law, and executive education from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Brenda Dysinger
Chief Human Resources Officer
A member of Seneca Gaming Corporation’s executive team since 2022, Brenda brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience in the hospitality and gaming industry. She has held leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources at Excalibur and Sycuan Casino Hotel, with additional experience at Bellagio, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and Isle of Capri Casinos.
Brenda earned a BS from Roberts Wesleyan College with a double major in Social Work and Psychology, and a concentration in Counseling. She holds an MS in Organization Leadership from Colorado State University and an Executive Coaching Certification from the University at Buffalo.
Brenda loves working with her team and the impact they make in the community.

Leslie Leonard
Chief Information Officer
This is Les’ second time as Chief Information Officer at Seneca Gaming Corporation, having previously held this position from 2012 to 2015. He returned to the Corporation in March 2019.
Les has over 39 years of experience in Information Technology and has held senior leadership roles across the gaming, hospitality, and healthcare industries. His previous positions include Vice President of IT at Resorts World Las Vegas, IT Director at Boyd Gaming Corporation, and IT Director at Genesis Health Ventures.
A 22-year U.S. Army veteran, Les was a Communications Officer at the White House Communications Agency from 1982 to 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.
Les is a proud father of five, an avid golfer, and a devoted Buffalo Bills fan.

Cynthia Liu
Chief Marketing Officer
Cynthia joined Seneca Gaming Corporation in February 2025, bringing over 20 years of global marketing experience. She holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA from the University of Houston.
Before joining SGC, she was Vice President of Global Brand Management at Travel + Leisure Co., leading brand strategy for over 20 brands and supporting $2 billion in revenue. She has also held senior marketing roles at Caesars Entertainment, Las Vegas Sands, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Cynthia is inspired by SGC’s rich history, strong brand portfolio, beautiful properties, and collaborative team culture that encourages everyone to do their best.

Garth Anderson
Vice President of Financial Accounting, Reporting & Treasury and Interim Chief Financial Officer
Garth joined Seneca Gaming Corporation in May 2009 as a Senior Accountant and quickly advanced through several managerial roles. He served as Executive Director of Finance – Financial Operations for over six years before being appointed to his current role in March 2025.
A licensed New York State CPA since 1999, Garth holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from SUNY Buffalo. Prior to SGC, he built financial and accounting experience at National Fuel, M&T Bank, and Ernst & Young LLP.
Garth enjoys the fast-paced environment at SGC—there’s never a dull moment!
