At Seneca Niagara and Seneca Allegany, our Gaming Floor and designated lounge areas are open to guests age 21+. Guests of all ages may enjoy our amenities, restaurants and shops (those under age of 18 require a parent or guardian accompaniment).
At this time, Seneca Buffalo Creek requires All guests to be age 21+. Please be prepared to show valid, government issued photo ID to Security.

Regular and diligent cleaning of all public areas, workspaces and frequently touched surfaces will be a core element of our ongoing health and safety protocols.
Building upon initiatives implemented prior to our closure, physical distancing will be implemented throughout all aspects of our operations, ranging from the gaming activities offered to the actions and interactions of employees in both front-of-house, and back-of-house areas.
We will be proactively monitoring for signs of illness or infection that could put guests or team members at increased risk. Efforts will include the use of thermal imaging devices to screen employees for fever, as well as ongoing monitoring of local health conditions, including reported active cases and potential outbreaks.
Ongoing communication is critical and includes informational signage for guests and team members to assist with proper use of PPE, physical distancing, and personal hygiene. To reinforce protocols, all team members will receive training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols.
Western New York’s COVID positivity rates are once again on the rise. In order to ensure the safest, most enjoyable experience possible, effective Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 6 AM, masks or facial coverings will be required for all Guests and Team Members.
Social Distancing will resume; please maintain 6 feet between yourself and other Guests & Team Members. This applies to all three of the Seneca Resorts & Casinos locations. We will continue to monitor our area’s numbers closely, and will let you know when our masking policy has relaxed.
EVERY guest and team member must use hand sanitizer before entering.

NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the resort. Smoking will be allowed only in outdoor designated areas and with social distancing.
