We hope you and your family are doing well. We have missed you and are so excited to announce our reopening!
The last couple of months had us all experiencing things we could not have imagined. You are a valued member of our Seneca family. We miss seeing you, but most of all we miss providing you with an incredibly entertaining experience. Our team has worked diligently to adapt all of our protocols for both our team members and guests in order to provide you the safest and fun environment upon your return.
We know you may have many questions about what to expect when you arrive. Please look below to learn “What You Need To Know Before You Go” for each property. There are many new protocols and requirements that we all must adhere to for everyone’s safety including a face mask requirement. Our highest priority is always your health and safety as well as our team members.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our team at 1-877-8-SENECA.
Our Seneca Resorts & Casinos team members are eager and ready to provide you a world-class experience again. We will see you soon!
Regular and diligent cleaning of all public areas, workspaces and frequently touched surfaces will be a core element of our ongoing health and safety protocols.
Building upon initiatives implemented prior to our closure, physical distancing will be implemented throughout all aspects of our operations, ranging from the gaming activities offered to the actions and interactions of employees in both front-of-house, and back-of-house areas.
We will be proactively monitoring for signs of illness or infection that could put guests or team members at increased risk. Efforts will include the use of thermal imaging devices to screen guests and employees for fever, as well as ongoing monitoring of local health conditions, including reported active cases and potential outbreaks.
Ongoing communication is critical and includes informational signage for guests and team members to assist with proper use of PPE, physical distancing, and personal hygiene. To reinforce protocols, all team members will receive training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols.
Seneca Resorts & Casinos have implemented additional entry restrictions for guests who have recently traveled into New York State from states that are on New York’s COVID-19 travel advisory list, i.e. Restricted States.
Upon arrival, you will be required to present valid identification at the entry point to confirm your state of residence. If your state of residence is a Restricted State,* you may be prohibited from entering the Casino/Resort if you are not in compliance with the requirements of the NYS travel advisory. Additionally, please take notice that you may also be denied entry if you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other known symptoms of COVID-19. To make a hotel reservation, you will be asked to confirm your state of residence. If you reside in one of the Restricted States* and are unable to comply with our requirements for arriving from those states, the reservation will not be completed.
